My garden pond temperature for the last 24 hours
This is the tempertaure in my pond over the last 24 hours.
Yesterday was fairly warm, starting off at 8 C.
Last night it was cloudless and the temperature has dropped quite fast.
But life is still active in the pond: until a day or two ago backswimmers were still mating and there are thousands of pond olive mayfly larvae amongst the grasses at the edge.
Measurements are in degrees Celsius.
